Pela Terra is a Portuguese sustainable agriculture organization. We are searching for land to purchase immediately, with a focus on holding assets for around 5-10 years while we regenerate the soil, infrastructure and biodiversity. After, the land is sold to sustainable producers in Portugal.
Generally we are interested to locate land of 50 Hectares or more, although we also look at smaller plots.
There may also be an opportunity for buying and leasing back, or just buying back in 5-10 years.
